Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once files have been delivered or downloaded.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Corrupted or inaccessible files
• Technical issues that prevent file usage and cannot be resolved
